Our goal is to create positive change within the diamond and sapphire supply chains and to raise the standards for what ethical sourcing looks like in our industry. Founded in the summer of 2019 around the idea that with privilege comes responsibility. From there we set out to create a company built around three pillars; leave the industry better than how we received it, growth through investing in our people, and giving back to our industry and community.
